Delivery & Unloading Policy
Due to the specialized nature of delivering compact and heavy equipment, KAMRAN MOTOR provides structured, professional delivery solutions to ensure your machinery arrives safely and efficiently. All orders within the continental United States (lower 48 states) include free ground shipping and free unloading service.
Free Shipping & Unloading Service
We provide complimentary shipping via ground freight for eligible orders, including unloading of equipment such as excavators and skid-steer loaders at your location. You do not need to arrange a forklift or lifting equipment. Our logistics team coordinates with the carrier to ensure professional unloading at the time of delivery.
Once your order ships, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Please ensure someone is available during the agreed window. Our delivery team will place the equipment at ground level in a clear, accessible location. Equipment will not be transported indoors or inside any structure.
Delivery Options
Option 1: Flatbed with Forklift Delivery
- We verify in advance whether your address can be serviced by a standard LTL carrier.
- Shipment is sent to your local delivery hub.
- The carrier contacts you to schedule a weekday delivery window (typically 2–4 hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
- Equipment is loaded onto a flatbed with onboard forklift.
- The driver unloads the crate and places it safely on the ground at your driveway or designated area.
Option 2: Final-Mile Delivery Service
- For complex access locations, we arrange a final-mile provider.
- The local team collects freight from the terminal and schedules a convenient delivery time with you.
- Equipment is delivered using a tilt bed or similar method for safe ground-level placement.
- Delivery will be made as close to your building or worksite as is safely possible, depending on access conditions.
Delivery Coordination
- The carrier will contact you in advance to confirm delivery date and time window.
- Please ensure your site is accessible for large trucks and unloading equipment.
- Clear driveways/unloading areas prior to delivery to avoid delays.
Important Delivery Terms
- A responsible adult must be available to accept and confirm delivery during the scheduled time slot.
- If a delivery fails due to lack of response, inaccessibility, or refusal to schedule, the order may be returned to our warehouse. Additional storage, return, and re-delivery service charges of up to 15% may apply.
- Please do not arrange your own unloading or use third-party services. Our team manages unloading directly with the carrier to ensure proper handling. Any outside arrangements made independently are the customer’s responsibility and are not eligible for reimbursement.
Non-Contiguous States & Custom Shipping Needs
Free shipping and unloading services apply only to deliveries within the contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other special locations/requirements, please contact us before ordering to receive a customized freight quote and confirm service availability.
