All equipment and accessories are sold “as is” and without any express or implied warranties—including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose—unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing (e.g., a written limited warranty provided with the product).

PRODUCT MODIFICATIONS

Any unauthorized modifications or alterations immediately void all warranties. KAMRAN MOTOR is not liable for damages, malfunctions, or injuries resulting from such modifications or alterations, whether performed by the customer or a third party.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase and use of products comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. KAMRAN MOTOR assumes no liability for violations, fines, or legal consequences arising from misuse or unlawful use in any jurisdiction.

CORRECT USAGE & SAFETY

  • Operate products only as instructed in the official manuals provided at delivery.
  • Installation, operation, maintenance, and repair must be performed by qualified personnel.
  • Routine maintenance is the customer’s responsibility throughout the equipment lifecycle.
  • Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times during operation.
  • Failure to follow safety guidelines or usage instructions may result in injury, equipment failure, or property damage; KAMRAN MOTOR is not liable in such cases.

THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS

KAMRAN MOTOR is not responsible for damage, loss, or malfunction resulting from third-party products, parts, or attachments used with our equipment. Consult the respective third party’s warranty and guidelines when integrating such components.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAMRAN MOTOR shall not be liable under any legal theory—warranty, contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise—for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to:

  • Personal injury or death
  • Property damage
  • Loss of revenue or business
  • Loss of data
  • Special, incidental, or consequential damages

In no event shall KAMRAN MOTOR’s total liability exceed the purchase price of the product.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT & SEVERABILITY

This Disclaimer constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the terms relating to KAMRAN MOTOR’s responsibility for its products. If any portion is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent, and all other terms will remain in effect.
