Refund & Return Policy
At KAMRAN MOTOR, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. Please review our full policy before submitting a return request.
1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy. Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving their order to request a return. To initiate a return, email support@kamranmotor.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Return
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- All original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories must be included.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
3. Damages or Defects
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery and notify us promptly if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
- Manufacturing defects or damage at delivery: Returns are not accepted for these cases; issues are handled under our warranty. We will assist with parts replacement or repairs per the warranty terms.
- Damage after delivery due to misuse, modification, or improper handling does not qualify for return and may be assessed under warranty at our discretion.
4. Returns for Non-Defective Products
Non-defective items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a partial refund, subject to inspection and applicable restocking fees. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Restocking fees (after inspection):
- Up to 25% for unused, like-new items
- Up to 40% for used but functional items
- Up to 70% for modified or damaged items
Shipping fees: Return shipping, handling, and packaging (including wooden crate costs for heavy equipment) are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is to initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. We only replace items that are defective or severely damaged upon delivery.
6. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
PayPal orders: a 2.25% non-refundable transaction fee may be deducted (processor charge).
If your refund has not posted within 15 business days after approval, contact support@kamranmotor.com.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank/credit account again.
- Contact your card provider (processing delays may apply).
- Check with your bank for internal timelines.
If still not received after 15 business days, email support@kamranmotor.com.
8. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Custom or personalized items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
9. Wooden Crates for Heavy Equipment
Excavators, skid steers, and similar machinery are shipped in specialized wooden crates required for safe LTL transport. The cost of the crate and any associated return freight charges are non-refundable. Customers must prepare and secure the equipment in the original crate for return shipping.
10. How to Start a Return
- Email support@kamranmotor.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Upon approval, we’ll issue a prepaid return label and RMA. You must pack the item securely in the original crate and packaging before pickup.
- We will coordinate pickup with our designated carrier. Restocking fees (if any) are applied after inspection.
